1. Purpose

The Consultant undertakes to provide admissions consulting and coordination services to assist the Student in obtaining admission to a German university.

2. Scope of Services

The Consultant shall perform the following:

• Provide advice on suitable universities and programs based on eligibility.
• Assist in preparing application documents (CV, Motivation Letter, Academic Records, etc.).
• Submit applications and follow up with universities.
• Provide admission updates and guidance.

3. Student Obligations

The Student undertakes to:

• Provide accurate academic/personal documents.
• Cooperate promptly with application requests.
• Verify all application details prior to submission.

4. No Admission Guarantee

• The Consultant does not guarantee admission; final decisions rest with the universities.
• The Consultant will work to enhance opportunities by applying to suitable institutions.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information unless disclosure is required by law.

6. Term and Termination

• This Agreement is effective until the conclusion of the admissions process.
• Either party may terminate this Agreement with 3 days' written notice.
• The Student must pay for services already rendered upon initiation of the application submission.
• Invoicing occurs after partial service delivery.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.
• Disputes must first be resolved through negotiations; if unresolved, mediation may be pursued.

8. Entire Agreement

• This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
• Any amendments require written consent.

9. Data Usage Authorization

The Student authorizes the Consultant to collect, process, and use their personal and academic data for the sole purpose of preparing and submitting university applications to the relevant institutions.

• The Consultant is not authorized to alter, extract, or forge university admission letters or admission results in any form.
• Data usage must comply with all applicable data protection laws and is limited to admission-related activities only.

10. Dedicated Transactional Email

The Student authorizes the Consultant to create an official email address specific to the Student, to be used solely for the purposes of applying to German universities and communicating with relevant academic entities.

• The email address shall remain associated with the academic process for the duration of the application period only.
• Upon conclusion of the admissions process or termination of this Agreement, the email address shall be deactivated.
• The Consultant is prohibited from using the email address for any other personal or commercial purposes unrelated to the university admissions process.
• The Consultant is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the email contents during the period of its use for academic purposes only.
